Daibetic and kidney
Iam Daibetic since 7 years recently I checked kidney USG and heart function
Heart is ok
But kidney USG says some problems finddings
But I have no any pain symptoms

So ur ultrasound report suggest u have kidney structure abnormality. As of now it’s not causing any issues. U need to further get evaluated regarding further course of treatment.
