Hello Dr I'm Avinash Poojari I'm working in oil and gas company in offshore field where we have less body exposure to sun and we eat all frozen food previous year I faced vitamin D and B12 deficiency in full boday checkup and got the treatment again now after one year I feel the same issue can I take Revital H Daily Health Supplement on regular basis to maintain vitamin d level. Is it safe to continue for years.

Kindly take vit D and B 12 supplements ONLY If low in the test reports. Remember excessive vit D level is also harmful. Revital will not maintain vit d level. Revital treatment is totally emperical and no proof if it really will help.

Recurrent B12 deficiency can also be due to lack of intrinsic factor also..or malabsorption Get Ur UGI scopy and Gastric biopsy done once...
