Damage after Trauma
I suffered Road Traffic Accident on 3rd May 2017. While riding on motorcycle at speed of 60 kmph, I was hit by a high speed car from behind. Feel pain only in left side of neck whenever I rotate neck in either direction or I bend head upward. Feel tingling in whole body. Left hand shake slightly even I am not holding any weight.

Could be injury to your cervical spine.
Next Steps
Do cervical spine X-ray AP and lateral in flexion and extension. May need an MRI too.
