Dandruff,cracked heels..
My body type is pitta,i have been facing dandruff problem for long time...cracked heel in summer,dry lips and feeling of incomplete evacuation..please help me to sort out my problems 1)should i have plenty of water in day or have limited water..??? 2)what should i eat/drink in order to keep my body temp normal.. 3)bell candy is better or amla candy for my body type..?? 4)i have been having "dhaniya water" for 15 days in morning..should i take it..??

Avoid maida and bakery foods, deep fried foods and junk food. Use fresh fruits and freshly homemade food, use buttermilk. Avipatikar churn 1 teaspoon at night with lukewarm water hinguastak churn 1 teaspoon before food twice a day jatyadi ghrita to be applied on cracked heels zeera boiled water 3-4 times a day dont drink water while eating food no candy is advisable
