Dandruff in ear
Hi Doc, I have PCOS which is causing severe dandruff in my hair. The dandruff that falls on my ear is going deep inside and irritating my skin. The ear lobe gets rough and dry. It's also very itchy. No matter how much I clean it comes back in a day. Can I use an antifungal eardrops like OTOCIN-O?

You seem to be suffering from chronic otitis externa of the external ear and canal skin. Probably it is due to seborrheic dermatitis of skin which can cause dry and itchy skin. You may need to apply antifungal steroid creams for few days
