Dandruff in hair and face
From last 4-5 years i have dandruff issue and tried many medications from many dermatologists, nothing worked. From last 1year I'm seeing it has spread to my face as well especially near moustache, chin, eye brows and cheeks. Initially i thought it was because of my beard since it first started in chin.,later it spread across my face. Sometimes it is becoming very reddish and irritating. Any permanent solution for this?

It may not be plain dandruff. It may be fungal infection which is very common. You need to share pics and consult online for further management.
