Dandruff problem with patches in scalp
I have dandruff problem for many years. I have used many shampoo and lotions but nothing worked. Recently I shaved my head and saw white patches on my head where the dandruff were severe. I'm attaching pictures of the affected area. Are these normal dandruff?? And what treatment to be done??

It can be either seborrheic dermatitis but we also have rule out scalp psoriasis and for that other details like photographs and telephonic or video conversation is required
