Dark Black spots in the neck
Hi Folks,
In my neck there are some dark layers of black spots. So, whenever I do shaving it gets cut & also sometime irritation occurs. I have attached the snapshot for your reference. If there is any medicine or any ointment is there, pls suggest.

Looks like you are suffering from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
These can be bcoz of variety of reasons..
