Dark circle and fair skin
I want fair skin and also to get rid of the dark circles. Is there any cream or tablet for that. ? Please help.

There are cream for under eye dark circles but i can't write down brand names in open forum. You have to consult personally to me. Try to use sunscreen in morning and daytime.
