Dark circles are usually the symptom with under lying causes including sleeplessness, dehydration, aging and other hormonal changes.
the underlying cause has to be diagnosed and the dark circles can be treated with daily topical applications. consult your dermatologist.
Health Tips
sleep well (in night for atleast 6-8 hours) , drink at the least 2 litres of water everyday.
