Dark Patches - My Skin Colour Is Quite Fair But My Genital Area

My skin colour is quite fair but my genital area is very dark.it was not from the beginning but from past few years my vaginal area is getting darker.please suggest me a cream or lotion or anything to remove the dark patches.
