Dark patches on nose and forehead

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi sir/madam last few days back I got high fever after taking medicine fever recovered. But suddenly on my face especially on nose dark patch occurred. One week over but still dark patches is their on my nose and fore head. I'm using penderm but not getting positive results. Plz help me which cream is suitable for this problem.
