Dark skin colour
Dear Doctor, I have query my penis skin and testicles skin colour is dark but rest of the body skin is not dark. How can I make my penis and testicles skin colour look fair and clear.
I don't like hair on penile area and testicles so I shave this area, Is it ok to shave or I should choose another method to remove hair from penis and testicles. How can I decrease hair growth on penis and testicles. I feel irritating and I feel low because my penis and testicles skin colour is dark it looks unattractive. Is there any cream I can use to make penis skin colour fair.
Please consider my question and help me to resolve my problem.

All males have slightly darker pigmentation on the genital area. It cannot be removed with treatment as no treatment exists as this is not a disease. You can continue shaving if you are bothered by the hair. Laser hair reduction can be done for hairs on the pubic area.
