There is no such medicine which can turn brown into white... But there are few medicine available which can increase ur fairness. But first of all I want to assess your degree of fairness and other vital things... So contact me in online chat section to discuss and I request u to don't use use self medication as many fairness skin contains steroid which can damage ur skin

Whether you have hypopigmentation or hyper.... But as per your enquiry suggest it's hyper pigmentation... There are many reasons for this... Like hormonal disorder melasma systemic disease..and acanthosis nigricans n sunburn many more.... So send me the pictures of the lesions and detailed description medicine taken so  far and discuss with me in online chat section do not use any self medication ... because many of them contain steroid which further increases ur problem
