Had fever frm last 6 days first treated wd antibiotics thn had swollen gums later on gad ulcers in mouth including tongueand even on lips.

hello,
you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will heal your ulcer. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician for Vitamin B levels. if required take supplements for it.
