Daughter has fever
My 5 months daughter has fever from 2 days right after 10 weeks vaccination. Weight is 4.7Kg Doctor said it's due to infection and started with below medicines. 1. Dolo drops 2. Maxclov drops 3. Kofarest PD drops Please tell me how long it will take for her to get normal.

It seems a viral infection and usually resolved in 3 to 5 days

If it's a viral infection, antibiotics (moxclav) will not help (and would be ill advised) and the infection will run it's course for 5 to 7 days before subsiding
Next Steps
Only if it was a bacterial infection moxclav should reduce fever in 48hrs. If not a change of antibiotic would be needed
