Dead skin patches and itching
I have got skin patches to my body parts (near to my elbow,behind my legs) its too dry as well as my body part became blackish because of itchiness. i have opted for moisturisers but nothing working. please let me know what should i do.

You probably have atopic eczema. Please visit a dermatologist for treatment.
