It must be a very difficult time for you as you seem emotionally invested in the relationship and you were not prepared for his sudden departure. Life may look empty, meaningless and gloomy right now. Remember the early days and best days that brought you and kept you together. You are still carrying his essence in your heart. Do give yourself some time to grieve.

Though its very tough to do but removing and giving away all the things that remind you of him could be a way for you to slowly get back to your life. I hope that you have someone who can take care of you in this tough time.
