Dear Gynecologist. Plz help. With this.

I am married. Since it been 6 months we are trying for kids efforts are gone in vain. I have missed my periods in june and when I tested I was pregnant.went to hospital doctors said we will do scan on 4 July... And given some folic tablets and some health syrup...later on in thyroid test I was having ‹3.5 but told me to have thyroid tablets after using for 4 days i. e.., on 1 July I had my periods...later on doctor said we have to not make sexual intercourse till 1 month.. and now it's periods on Aug 1 and the bleeding is quite abnormal only one drop or not even that... This time it is more for 10 days period... And when I have sex I can see bleeding... What is the issue.. Can I be pregnant again...is my life ended with this...
