Yes u can fill with good compatible cement .just for confirmation take an x-ray to check whether there is underlying new cavity formation below the previous filling.
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist and can do the required filling.

Hello, visit a dentist and get the checkup done. get an X-ray done. if there is any cavity get the filling done. if there is an infection get it treated followed by a crown.
Hello
You can get the refilling done but before that its advisable to get an X ray done to rule out deep decay for which the line of treatment would be different.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist asap
Health Tips
Keep that area clean and gargle nicely so that food lodgement is not happening.
If the tooth is asymptomatic, you can go ahead with the restoration of the tooth with cement or composite..Better to take an X-ray just to be sure that the tooth has no other problem
Your doctor requires an iopa/x-ray to know the depth of the cavity and to diagnose any indication of periapical pathology if there is no pain ,cavity depth is not so deep means you can go for refilling or crown
Next Steps
Refillng /crown
Health Tips
Go and consult near dentist first he/she will suggest you best
