Decreased my prescription
I had prescription of -5.5/-5.5 D on both my eyes few months ago but after some time when I again got my eyes checkup the prescription reduced to -5.00/-5.5 D .So can I decrease my prescription by proper diet of Vit A,C,Leutin etc.???

If you are comfortable with-- 5than with 5.5 then you can get the glasses of reduced number.
But there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of or reduce the numbers.
