Upper last corner of teeth is gone half due to cavity and doctor prescribed for screw is there any other method possible for getting the teeth back or keeping cap without screw

No dear if u are telling that half of the tooth is gone then for better result and durability post core (screw) is must.
Next Steps
Other way is to get it extracted followed my a prosthesis.
