Deep cut on finger, decreased ROM
I had a deep cut on finger, outer side of palm, 2cm below nail, when my hand hit ceiling fan. Got the wound stitched and removed after 10 days. I didnt make fist for 20 days. Xray shown no fracture. It has been 4 weeks since the incident but it still pains when i try to make a fist. It pains as wound stretches and the flexibility of skin has decreased.. Will it heal with time or would i have to undergo some surgery?

firstly,it may improves by physiotherapy sessions.The finger ROM increases by Mild stretching exercises of muscles. Mobilization of finger .
