As you have underwent bmv twice with current moderate mitral stenosis with trivial mr and normal lv ef and no pulmonary artery hypertension as suggested from the echo you need only 3-6 month follow up echo.Chest pain of 2-3 seconds unlikely of cardiac origin.please continue with the medications and follow up.

In future you may need redo bmv or mitral valve replacement depending upon the valve morphology and calcification and associated mr
