Please calm down.
You can start by doing a simple lab test for stool examination.
Once its normal then homeopathy med would help you to reduce frequency.
Note down all food triggers, times, are you loosing weight?pain in abdomen?bloating?
Homeopathy considers this and the mental makeup and treats you.
Very important -mental stress, anxiety is biggest factor for IBS(if all tests are normal then only should consider IBS.)
we need to rule out if its not any infection,or any parasital problem first.
