Deficiency of vitamins
My age-27 years,my height-178 cms,my weight-60 kg, i have deficiency of vitamin D & Vitamin B12, i am vegetarian, & you recommend me any multivitamin, ., please sugggest

U should try to make up ,by adding more vegetables , fruits,cow milk and cereals like rajma.if u have no problem ,then pl. Don't opt for medicines,at this youthful age.do have sunrays in morning.m ay take chewable 1 tab. Anti worm at bed time.
