Dehydration and sweating
Hi doctor! I have skin problems for more than 2 years. Not the same issues but every time it'll be different. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I get dehydrated often. Even if I drink 6-10 bottles a day I'll have to drink 3 bottles in the night also. Recently I consulted dermatologist for fungal infection in thighs due to sweating a lot and I have heat rashes all over the arms, neck, under the breast and hip. I have sensitive skin/dry skin. My face and arms gets extremely dry and have pink patches without applying moisturiser. what am I doing wrong and how should I correct it? Is that ok if I drink 2 electral/ors big sachet everyday to control my dehydration?
