Hello sir..Pls stop taking any antibiotics further. Drink plenty of water or juices. U can better take an ORS liquid whenever u pass a loose stool.  Avoid spicy foods. Have Curd like foods. Just continue this. If u feel ur symptoms are worsening or unable to take anything by mouth..immediately visit a hospital and get IV fluids.

First of all stop azithro .secondarily start drinking more water and take fluids and replenish yourself with ors 4-5 times a day.
