Of course n it affects probably every cell of the body. In fact biggest cause of infertility, diabetes n hypertension is stress. Stress is a habit of useless thinking about which nothing can be done. The mind just goes on working with any pause. It weakens the immune system. As all hormones r produced by the brain, stress causes deranged hormones
