Delay in periods
I have join VLCC for my weight loss.I used to get periods regularly but after joining VLCC my period got delayed,it's being 15 days I did not get my periods.

R u just doing work out or on any weight loss pills.Sometimes it is observed in athletes that periods get delayed on strenuous exercise.Also if u r married u should do pregnancy test and rule out pregnancy .Have urself checked by gynaec to rule out pcos.hence need for usg abdomen pelvis and cbc blood sugar fasting pp free t3 t4 tsh  s prolactin levels to rule out hormonal imbalance.Fat can affect ur menstrual cycle so exercise is imp so don't just discontinue. Get checked by gynaec
