I had an abortion last september 15, then had an abdominal lipo on september 29 with local anesthesia. i still don't have my period. All pregnancy test shows negative. what can be the reason for late periods?

Post abortion u might have delayed menses Get ur fsh lh thyroid tested also get usg pelvis power doppler 3d4d done and review with reports through paid online consultation
