I am going on beach holiday and have my period date at the same time. Which med shd I take to delay my periods? Is Meprate 10mg OK for this purpose?

Yes , you can take meprate ( 10mg) Twice daily , starting 5 days before expected periods & continuing it till the day you need to delay your periods.
