Delay Speech
My son is 2 years and 2 months old, doesnt speaks single word nor responses us. Also he don't make much eye contact. Is this normal delay or sign of autism?

Get your child evaluated by a paediatric Neurologist for delayed milestones it can have multiple reasons birth time reduced oxygen metabolic causes structural brain lesions and autism. Early visit and consultation and speech therapy certainly help. Plz don’t delay evaluation .
