My son is 3 years old but not speaking till now... Pedriatician says hearing and response to be okay... but still not speaking

Hi Some children do have that thing or some what automatic. I would suggest you to visit a speech therapist and start speech therapy sessions . It will surely help. You also encourage him to speak at home Regards
