Delayed Ejeculation
I have tight foreskin but head of the penis is coming out during intercourse and not getting pain. I can ejeculate by hand but can't reach the stimulation level in sex. Hence doing manual stimulation out side by hand and inserting during climax. I am planning for the baby.. wanted to know is removing foreskin can help in resolving the issue or is there any different way to overcome this problem.. thanks !

As long as your glans is exposed during intercourse without any pain, I do not think you need any intervention. One possibility could be that your penis has got accustomed to climaxing with only your hand, and that prevents your from climaxing during intercourse. Just to be very sure, I recommend you consult a Urologist once. Good luck.
