  4. Delayed period after SSG. My period?

Delayed period after SSG
I got my SSG done on the 12th day of my cycle, had spotting for 3 days but I haven't gotten my period yet, late by 4 days. Also just got my TSH results which is 5.85. I also think I have symptoms for IBS. Are all of these affecting my period?
