Delayed period
Please suggest can I take Himalaya Evecare for regularise period.My last Lmp was 17.03.2020 and still not got my period.Tried all home remedies but failed.please suggest can I use Himalaya Evecare for oligomenorrhea?

Is it the only time is has been delayed or previously too? How is your flow? Are you overweight? Please consult so that I’ll be able to guide you better. Even if you start Eve care you won’t get periods in two days.. for the time being take Dashamoolarishta 2 tbs with 4 Tbs of water before meals twice a day for a week.

I think not getting periods is a serious issue. It can happen due to many cause. In young girls commonest cause is PCOD. To get a better insight into your problem, you should discuss the issue with a physician. Please do not depend on a few comments made during such discussions. May be a detailed telephonic discussion with a doctor would also be good enough.

It will happen some time due to hormonal imbalance  but do not worry it will be cured by Ayurvedic treatment for it you will consult with me through this platform.
