Delayed period with scanty brown blood

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi, I am trying to conceive and am consuming folic acid tablet. I got delayed period by a week which lasted for only 1 day with brown blood. I usually get 3 days periods with red colour. I have done a home pregnancy brest and it is negative. I had also checked for ovulation and it had positive results at that time. I am worried if there is some fertility related issue with me as I have never experienced this before.. never tried to conceive before as well.. Thanks in advance!
