Delayed periods
I have had reguar periods till now i.e 28 to 30 days cycle. But last time my menstrual cycle became 39 days. This month i noticed spotting 3 to 4 times at some days interval. N now its 40 days past my date yet my periods dint begin. What should i do. N i dint had any sex during this cycle.

Do a urine pregnancy test to be sure that u r not pregnant.
After that an ultrasound pelvis and hormonal profile is next investigation to be done.
