Raised endometrial thickness and a faint positive pregnancy test is indicative of pregnancy.... you are pregnant But the pregnancy could be either an early pregnancy or an abnormal pregnancy... if you want to abort or do not want to continue kindly consult a nearby gynecologist for the needful
