Delayed pigment darkening
I was really fair as a kid but i started playing tennis during my childhood in sunlight without applying sunscreen( due to lack oc knowledge at that time). i also used to swim. my skin on face n neck has turned several shades darker thank rest of my body. n it hasn't gone after 4-5 yrs of leaving tennis. it really looks odd. can i get my original skin tone back by visiting a dermatologist or not. pls help thanku
