Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. If the person of concern is a psychotic with impaired judgement and insight then, you may need to visit Nearest police station or magistrate (for legal) for help. Magistrate has the power to issues a letter( reception order) to govt Psychiatry centre for evaluate and treat. Happy to help you
