Dengue fever
Fever started on Friday evening, Sat night we got tests done for dengue and it was positive. Yesterday we got her admitted to hospital, however platelete count is still showing decreasing trend. Yesterday morning - 93, Noon - 78, today morning - 70. Please suggest a way to get this increased or how do I need to go further?

Hello, Absolute bed rest. HEALTHY LIQUIDS FREQUENTLY. If temp only paracetamol after food. For platelet Papaya leaf extratract Citrus fruitlike orang NIMBU kiwi gooseberry etc. A patanjali product giloy ghan vatti two times a day for ten to fifteen days. Plant product, no harm, totally safe.ok.

You can have a papaya leaf extract to help increase the platelet count. You can have the papaya leaf juice which will help increase the platelet count or the extract tablet/syrup has shown to be effective in increasing the platelet count. As for the rest of the treatment since she's hospitalized there's nothing to worry about, just follow the treatment and she'll be fine.
