Dengue fever. Paracetamol 1000mg at 7.

My sister getting dengue fever last Friday. diagnosed for dengue Saturday evening and admitted her on Sunday. Since yesterday she is feeling nauseaous and has vomited twice today. Immediately after any intake she feels and vomits (we gave her pomegranate juice and coconut water in the morning, she vomited immediately after. In the afternoon, we gave her boiled rice). Hospital gave emocet through injection (two doses of 4mg each, in morning after vomiting and evening round 7 after which she had coconut water and vomited again) Rashes too developed today with itching sensation on both the hands. Platelete trend from last 2 days:- 1) yesterday morning 9:30am - 57k, 2) yesterday evening 4pm - 56k, 3) Today morning 6:00 am - 54k, 4) Today evening 4:00 pm - 53k Fever trend :- Yesterday: 102 in morning, 101 in the afternoon. 100 in the evening and early morning today. 99 from today afternoon, 3 pm. Hospital has given Calpol at 3pm and Paracetamol 1000mg at 7.
