Dengue Fever
My son is diagnosed with dengue fever on 2nd October with platelets count 0.80 lac. Next day it has increased to 1.00 lac. All other parameters normal. I got the CBC done from different lab , Lal path lab after 2 days, platelets count again dropped to 0.87 lac and showing some giant platelets as per the report. Lymphocytes increased to 46.4. Otherwise, my son is normal with no fever now. Is it normal to have this platelets count fluctuation. How often should I get the blood test done. Any other advise.
