Dengue fever
The platelets count has dropped to 22000 in 4 days. Now the fever is gone but headache and pain in legs still there. Sodium chloride injection ip has been connected. Is it serious regarding platelets? All other things in cbc report normal. Is there any danger?

I can understand your concern. .if you are stable, then don't worry.
The platelets will recover now.
Take rest and drink plenty of fluids.
If you develop any symptoms, get it checked out by your doctor as soon as possible.
