Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Dengue is a viral infection and the treatment required is just supportive.
You can take a tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Renerve-plus twice a day after food for 5 days.
Drink plenty of fluids and have a soft diet.
