If we undergo dental bleaching do we loss enamel ??? And I heard bleaching is for temporary after some days teeth will get older stage is this truth ???

Enamel is not lost because of bleaching. Bleaching results last for 1 and half years or so. Apart from bleaching there is cleaning, - this too does not harm the enamel. This needs to be repeated every 6 months.
