Hi... Dental implant  can be done immediately following extraction of your tooth but depends on many factors . If situation permits you can also get tooth crown fixed at same time if implant surgery. Otherwise implant is done post extraction 2months then after healing of 3 months crown is done. You need to first forward your x-ray to know what is best possible in your case .

Hi Crown coming out? It doesn't indicate implant at first go. Pl share X-ray. Implant is very simple, half hour procedure.it is painless, predictable and long term solution. But the question arises, is it indicated. Crown fixation and placement is a big science and a competitive person can deal with it nicely. There are materials which can bond with tooth nicely so that it does not come out.

Good morning Thanks for the query At present senario Dental implants are the best alternative to replace the missing tooth/teeth without interfering the adjacent natural teeth. Placement of Dental implants Depends upon many factors such as Type of bone, amount of bone ,relation of teeth with opposite arch etc Regarding Time Dental implants are placed in Single visit but the crown to be replaced takes time 3 to 4 months.. Depending upon type of  Implant and Bone sometime we give Implant and tooth in one sitting only. Usually it takes 4 to 5 sittings over a period of 4 months for dental implant with restoration. Dental implants is a common treatment modality for missing teeth. Whether it can be placed in your jaw depends upon a lot of factors and that would require a visit to a dentist who can evaluate the same. So, I would suggest to consult a dentist first.
