I have front milk teeth which never fallen; now its about to fall so I've to get that removed and put Inflant and cap for the same

visit an orthodontist or prosthodontist with a full mouth radiograph called as orthopantomograph(OPG)....after seeing the radiograph they will guide you accordingly
